How did Haruka end up as a Rank 10 Social Link? Well, they've both seen each others' trauma through Palaces and are stubborn enough to keep one another safe regardless. Haruka was one of the people who dragged Yoon out of the way of danger in Yoon's Palace, and was also the one to organize the hot pot event that followed; likewise, Yoon was a Rock in Haruka's Palace that refused to leave or give up. They don't have to verbally say much to know that they've got each other's backs.
